Work With Me

A calm, practical space to understand what is happening, make sense of the patterns underneath it, and begin moving forward with greater clarity and self-trust.

How I work

My approach brings together psychotherapy, counselling and coaching, depending on what you need. We may look at what is happening in the present, the early experiences that shaped your beliefs about yourself, and the patterns that still influence how you think, feel and respond today. The aim is not simply to understand the past, but to help you develop greater awareness, choice, emotional stability and self-trust in the present.

People usually come to me because something in life no longer feels as though it is working in the way it once did. That may be a relationship, a change in identity, anxiety, fear of abandonment, people-pleasing, low self-worth, or simply the sense that you have lost touch with yourself.

My role is to help you understand what is happening beneath the surface, make sense of the patterns that keep repeating, and support you in developing a stronger, more secure relationship with yourself.

What we can work on

The work is shaped around what is happening for you rather than forcing you into a fixed programme. We might explore relationship difficulties, identity change, anxiety, abandonment fears, people pleasing, self-worth, boundaries, confidence, or the impact of earlier experiences on how you respond today. Together, we can identify the patterns that are keeping you stuck and begin working towards greater clarity, steadiness, and a stronger sense of self.

What working together can look like.

  • A space to slow things down and make sense of what is happening

  • Understanding the patterns that keep repeating in your life or relationships.

  • Exploring the beliefs and experiences that may be shaping how you see yourself will stop.

  • Learning to recognise the inner critic without automatically believing it.

  • Developing clearer boundaries, greater self-trust, and more confidence in your choices.

  • Beginning to build a stronger, more secure relationship with yourself

What can begin to change?

Over time, the aim is to help you feel Clearer about yourself, less controlled by old patterns, and more confident in the choices you make. You can begin to understand your emotional reactions with greater compassion, recognise when the inner critic is taking over, and respond to yourself in a steadier and more supportive way. The work can help you develop stronger boundaries, greater self-trust, and a clearer sense of who you are - so that change comes from understanding rather than fear.

Ready to talk?

You do not need to know exactly what kind of support you need before getting in touch. We can begin by talking about what is happening, what you would like to change, and whether working together feels like the right fit.
